Returns and Refunds

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

Since all items are carefully inspected before shipping, any damage most likely occurred during shipping. If you have a question or concern about your order, please email hello@naturescollective.com.au including the order number, the defect of the product and photos of the defect within 72 hours of the item being received and we will do our best to help you.

The customer is responsible for return postage, including shipping costs. Replacement shipping to be covered by Nature’s Collective Jewellery.

If items are lost in transit or stolen/damaged during delivery, Nature’s Collective Jewellery is not responsible for replacing them.
