Order and Shipping

Please, read the following important information:

 

Orders:

- Make sure to read the descriptions of each item before you order. 

- Please note, that having items in your shopping cart doesn’t mean, they are secured. Once you have completed your check-out, they are yours.

- Please, check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Nature’s Collective Jewellery is not held responsible for any orders being returned to sender. If your item is returned back to us, the customer is responsible for the extra shipping costs to send them again. 

 

Shipping, delivery and pick up:

All orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the item description (e.g pre-orders). This turnaround time does not include shipping time. Once the order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with the tracking number. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions about the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318 or visit their website auspost.com.au.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions throughout Australia, please be aware that delays may occur during the shipping process. If your order is urgent, please, consider upgrading to express shipping or arranging local pick up.

Australia wide Shipping rates

Earrings and jewellery:

$7 - Standard: 3-6 working days

$12 - Express: 1-4 working days

 

 

~ Currently we offer FREE standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $100.

~ FREE – Weekly local delivery within 15kms of 3116 VIC. Delivery days vary and will be discussed after purchase.

~ FREE – Pick up available from 3116 VIC or at Markets (see Market dates). Orders ready for pick up in 2-4 days. Pick up address discussed after purchase.

 

Please, allow extra time on postage during peak periods and consider upgrading to express shipping or get in contact via hello@naturescollective.com.au to arrange a local pick up. 

Once our packages are dropped off at AusPost, we have no control over their processing times, therefore Nature’s Collective Jewellery will not be held responsible for any lost items, shipping delays or transit issues. Since no signature’s needed at delivery, the courier may leave your order at the front door, letterbox or a secure location. Once the parcel has been delivered, Nature’s Collective Jewellery takes no responsibility for and damage or theft that may occur. Please, consider using a secure address or a business address.
